Transformers is making its return to Fortnite, but this time the alien robots will be landing in Fortnite Creative (permanently).
Fortnite never ceases to surprise players. The game is constantly including new updates that feature various collaborations, game modes and more. Every week there seems to be something new added to the game that hypes up the Battle Royale's playerbase. Now, just months after Transformers One's release, it has been leaked that the infamous alien robots are coming back to the game.
However, this time they will be in Fortnite Creative.
Fortnite Creative to get permanent Transformers collaboration
Transformers first landed in Fortnite back in Chapter 4, Season 4, where we saw a collaboration that impacted the Battle Royale's island. This also gave players the opportunity to get the Optimus Prime skin in the game, as he was featured in the season's Battle Pass.
Still, once Season 4 ended, everything Transformers-themed left the island.
This new collaboration, though, is meant to be long-standing, as it will be in Creative.
So, what do we all know at the moment regarding the upcoming Transformers x Fortnite collaboration?

Everything we know about Transformers coming to Fortnite Creative
At the moment, the new Transformers x Fortnite collaboration is under the codename "Coronado," which was leaked by various trusted leakers on Twitter.
There is not an insane amount of knowledge regarding this collaboration, but what we do know is that it will be permanent. This has led gamers to begin speculating just how prominent this collaboration will be.
We could get anything from new weapons and items to use in Fortnite Creative to a new game mode centered around the robot aliens (although, this one seems to be more unlikely).
What would make sense is different Transformer assets that creators can use when making their own maps, allowing players to create their own Transformer-themed worlds and more. We could also see a new skin added to the game.
There is still so much to learn, as this collaboration has no release date. Fans will simply have to wait until Fortnite chooses to release more information.
About Transformers
Transformers first began back in 1984 with a TV series and various action figures. The franchise quickly skyrocketed, building a deep lore around the robots and their world. Throughout the world, more and more cartoon shows have been developed featuring Transformers, with thousands of different toys being created.
Back in 2007, the franchise released its first live-action Transformers movie, which featured Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox. The film featured incredible CGI that still holds up today. However, the franchise began to fall in numbers throughout the years as many believed Hollywood overdoing it.

Back in 2024, a new animated Transformers movie was released called Transformers One. The movie brought the beloved characters back to the world of animation, helping to tell a story that would be more difficult to tell in live-action.
Transformers One was heavily regarded as one of the best Transformers movies released in the last two decades, marking a new horizon for the franchise.
