A Victoria Monèt Emote has landed in Fortnite!

Fortnite's Looking Good Emote is the latest addition to its growing list of Icon Series dances. These often revolve around a viral TikTok dance, bringing them to life in the popular game. The Looking Good Emote draws inspiration from American R&B singer Victoria Monèt with choreography by Sean Bankhead. Here’s how this Fortnite dance came to life!

Victoria Monèt joins Fortnite with Looking Good Emote

The hit song “Oh My Mama” by Victoria Monèt is the music in the Looking Good Fortnite Emote. This track went platinum for her album Jaguar II and even received a nomination for Best R&B Song at the Grammys. Unlike the usual viral TikTok dance videos, Sean Bankhead choreographed the moves depicted in the Oh My Mama music video.

It was inevitable that Fortnite would take advantage of this. Sure enough, on July 14, Epic Games launched the Looking Good Fortnite Emote.

Victoria Monèt and Sean Bankhead took to X with their wholesome reactions. The R&B singer called it crazy, while Bankhead confirmed that he will receive compensation for his dance moves in Fortnite. Now, players can eliminate opponents and dance on their bodies with the Looking Good Emote.

How to get the Victoria Monèt Emote

You can purchase the Looking Good Emote via Fortnite’s Item Shop. It will cost you 500 V-Bucks, typical for the Icon Series Emotes. The Emote is usable in most game modes, including Battle Royale, Zero Build, and LEGO Fortnite.

It's unclear how long the Emote will remain in the Item Shop rotation. However, it should stick around for a few days before rotating out. Once that occurs, there's no way to determine when it will return. So, if it's something that you would be sad to miss, it's better to grab it before it leaves the Item Shop!
