Fortnite players Fraanticc and Kanary led the charge on July 10, taking first place in the second qualifier for The Milk Cup's 2025 circuit. The XSET duo held steady across six Battle Royale matches and consistently had top finishes to secure the overall win.

By getting the high ground and scoping out the competition, for example, they achieved three Victory Royales, 46 eliminations, and 405 points in total. And after claiming the lion's share of the $30,000 USD prize pool, the duo showed exactly why they had already earned spots to The Milk Cup Finals 2025.

In the post-match interview with sierradawnx3, Fraanticc revealed how the strategy of claiming the high ground served the duo well. Fraanticc and Kanary looked for strong spots and attacked anyone who got close to them. The player also shared how the current Fortnite meta required the duo to be hypervigilant about their surroundings.

"We just look for a [powerful] point in the zone where we know that we can't easily be overtaken on height," Fraanticc said. "And we just set ourselves up there and make sure nobody comes near us. We just basically spray anybody that gets close to us and try our best to stop them — especially with the birds in this meta, it's really easy for people to come and steal height. So you just have to be super extra aware."

The player also talked about the real impact of the circuit. The Milk Cup 2025 creates a space that allows women in esports to safely practice, compete, and connect with people in the scene.

"Milk means so much as a way to empower women and get them into competitive gaming," Fraanticc said. "Being in a gaming space as a woman is already challenging, so having a safe place to practice, play, and connect with other amazing competitors is incredible. The opportunity has been amazing, and there's excitement to keep advancing further."
