The characters of Hercules will soon invade Fortnite in the latest Disney crossover. Here's everything we know and what to expect!

Fortnite and Disney’s ongoing partnership will add another chapter this week when the characters of Hercules arrive in-game. Although not too relevant in recent years, Hercules is one of Disney’s classic animated films. Soon, three characters will drop into the Item Shop with a whole host of other cosmetics.

Here is everything we know about the upcoming collaboration between Fortnite and Hercules.

Hercules, Megara, and Hades are the three characters headlining this collaboration when it launches on March 28, at 8 p.m. EDT. The crossover leaked via a well-known name in the scene, NotPaloLeaks. Other leaks echoed the report shortly thereafter.

Each character will have their own Fortnite skin, along with various other currently unknown cosmetics. This will add them to the growing list of Disney properties in Fortnite, which already includes The Incredibles, Captain Hook, Maleficent, and Cruella De Vil.

The three characters selected make sense, considering Hercules, Megara, and Hades are all important in the animated film. It will be interesting to see if any of them include alternate styles or reactivity, but only time will tell.

Here’s a complete list of the confirmed Hercules cosmetics coming to Fortnite:

  • Hercules Outfit
  • Megara Outfit
  • Hades Outfit
  • Three Back Blings
  • Three Pickaxes
  • Two Emotes
  • One or two Jam Tracks

How much will these skins cost?

Unfortunately, we do not have details on how much these cosmetics will cost when they land in the Item Shop on Saturday, March 28. However, we have some historical information to draw on. For reference, the Disney villains that launched this past Fortnitemares ranged from 1,800 to 2,000 V-Bucks.

It’s safe to assume Hercules could cost you 2,000 V-Bucks, while the other two characters could be on the lower end at around 1,800 V-Bucks. Hercules is the star of this collaboration, so it would make sense for Epic Games to price him higher than Hades and Megara.

The other cosmetics involved in this crossover are a true unknown. The Pickaxes and Back Blings from the Disney villains collection were only featured in a Bundle, so a similar situation could unfold with the Fortnite x Hercules collaboration.

Ultimately, it’s a decent crossover, but Fortnite’s current younger demographic might not be entirely familiar with the Hercules film, considering its 1997 release date. However, it is a true classic and should draw interest from some players.
