Here’s everything new in the Fortnite v31.10 update!
Fortnite's latest Chapter 5 Season 4 update is now live following a brief overnight downtime. With this patch, Epic Games has introduced new Marvel-themed weapons into the loot pool.
One of these completely transforms your character in Doctor Doom and allows you to wreak havoc on your enemies. This article covers everything you need to know about the Fortnite v31.10 update.
New Marvel weapons spawn in for the Fortnite v31.10 update
A pair of Marvel weapons are now available in Chapter 5 Season 4, to enhance your gameplay experience. First, we have Shuri's Black Panther Claws, which you can obtain from The Raft point of interest (POI).
This Epic rarity weapon allows you to Slash, Pounce, and Supercharge, as seen in the video above by ShiinaBR. The ammunition works on a percentage basis, meaning the lower the percentage, the closer the Claws are to running out of uses.
Next in the Fortnite v31.10 update is the incredibly elaborate Doctor Doom Mythic, dubbed the Ultra Doom Armor, which turns you into Doctor Doom.
After acquiring the item, you will respawn in the sky with a different HUD and various Doctor Doom powers, similar to the Thanos limited-time mode (LTM) from Chapter 1. You can levitate and use your Gauntlets to dish out damage.
One such attack is reminiscent of Doom's Mystical Bomb from Chapter 2 Season 4. You can acquire the Doom Armor by navigating to the new Doctor Doom Rift Island and claiming it.
