Attack on Titan has arrived in Fortnite!
Fortnite x Attack on Titan is finally here in Chapter 4 Season 2. Fans have been eagerly waiting for this moment since the Battle Pass announcement, which confirmed Eren Jaeger of the popular anime would be an unlockable character. Fortnite v24.20 provides everything an Attack of Titan follower could want, including in-game items and more.
Here’s everything new in Fortnite v24.20, better known as the Attack on Titan update.
Fortnite v24.20 introduces Attack on Titan items
The Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) Gear and Thunder Spears are Fortnite’s newest items in v24.20. You can find these in Chests, new Scout Regiment Footlockers, and on the ground.
Firstly, the ODM allows players to grapple in the air and attack opponents with built-in blades. Next, the Thunder Spears is an explosive weapon that fires rockets. The Thunder Spears can damage enemies on both sides of a structure.

Eren Jaeger and friends arrive in Fortnite
Fortnite v24.20 marks the official debut of Eren Jaeger in the game as a Battle Pass character. As a result, you must complete a set of Quests to unlock the various cosmetics involved in the collaboration.
Here is a look at all Eren Jaeger cosmetics and Quests available via the Battle Pass:
- Eren Jaeger Outfit — Complete all Quests below
- A World Without Walls Loading Screen — Swing from three different trees in a row using ODM Gear
- Eren’s Faceoff Spray — Search Scout Regiment Footlockers
- Basement Key Back Bling — Find the Jaeger’s Family Basement in Anvil Square
- Scout Regiment Salute Emote — Visit Guard Towers
- Titan Strike Pickaxe — Hit the nape of different Titan Targets with ODM Gear attacks
- Determined Eren Emoticon — Hit different opponents with ODM Gear attacks or a Thunder Spear
- Regiment Gear Wrap — Destroy structures with a Thunder Spear
- Eren Jaeger Quest Reward Banner — Damage opponents while airborne

Additionally, fellow Attack on Titan characters Levi and Mikasa Ackerman are available via the item shop. Each skin costs 1,500 V-Bucks, and the bundle rings at 2,200 V-Bucks.

Additional Fortnite v24.20 patch notes, competitive notes, and bug fixes
- Dirt Bikes have been unvaulted
- Unvaulted the Port-A-Bunker in Zero Build.
- Introduced a Rare-rarity Kinetic Blade. With identical damage to the Epic Kinetic Blade, this Rare counterpart has only two Kinetic Dash charges. Rare Kinetic Blades can be found from the ground and Kinetic Blade stands.
- Reduced the max headshot damage of the Mythic Havoc Pump Shotgun.
- Reduced the accuracy and hipfire rate of the Mythic Overclocked Pulse Rifle.
- In Trios and Squads, reduced the number of Mythic Overclocked Pulse Rifles dropped by capturing a rifting-in POI.
- In Trios and Squads, reduced the number of Mythic Havoc Pump Shotguns found inside Vaults.
Fortnite v24.20 Competitive Notes
- Thunder Spears are not included in Arena or tournaments.
- Dirt Bikes are not included in Arena or tournaments.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that allowed players to retain the healing effect of hot springs.
- Fixed an issue involving rebooted players sometimes appearing invisible to teammates.
