This decision ends an unprecedented run of Duos Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) events dating back to Chapter 3 Season 1. That means the uncertainty behind certain professional Trios will soon end as the competitive scene prepares for the next Fortnite Champion Series tournament. Although the prize pool and scoring system are unclear, those details should come to light shortly.

The only details revealed in the FNCompetitive post is that the Trio Cash Cups will offer a two-round format, with the top 198 Trios qualifying from round one to round two.

  • Must be ranked in Gold or higher in Battle Royale
  • Must be 13 years of age or older

  • An account level of 350 or higher is required
