Recent Fortnite leaks have provided an anticipated release window for the rumored Kingdom Hearts collaboration!
Kingdom Hearts is among the few remaining IPs that have yet to collaborate with Fortnite. However, that will soon come to an end, according to recent developments within the scene. A rising Fortnite leaker has indicated the beloved Disney-based RPG will make its way into Fortnite "in the next months."

Given Disney's $1.5 billion investment into Fortnite, we've already seen the inclusion of various iconic Disney characters and even a Disney-centric limited-time mode. It was only a matter of time before Kingdom Hearts joined in on the action.
The action RPG series, which launched its first title in 2002, has become a juggernaut in the video game industry. It features a beloved main character, Sora, who interacts with many of the most recognizable Disney characters. Even those unfamiliar with Kingdom Hearts may recognize Sora's Keyblade sword.
With Kingdom Hearts IV currently in the works, there's no better time than now for Fortnite to collaborate with the Square Enix franchise. The ultimate question is, when will this collaboration land? Unfortunately, Fortnite leaker AdiraFNInfo provided a timeframe of the "next months."
That could mean three to six months, but hopefully, more details will emerge in the coming weeks, giving us a better idea.
Predicting what this collaboration may include
The two guarantees are a Sora skin and a Keyblade Pickaxe. If that Outfit and Pickaxe combination somehow doesn't make the cut, it would be a massive disappointment. Thankfully, those are arguably the most iconic aspects to come out of Kingdom Hearts.
Other potential characters and accessories are challenging to theorize. The inclusion of either Riku or Kairi would make sense, since the two are protagonists alongside Sora. It will also be interesting to see if the Fortnite x Kingdom Hearts collab could include Disney characters.
As it stands, the only real information is that this partnership exists. We will have to wait and see what Epic Games and Square Enix have worked out in the coming weeks and months.
