As of 5:47 a.m. ET, the Fortnite v31.10 downtime period has ended. It lasted just one hour and 47 minutes and you can now experience the new update!

According to Fortnite leaker NotPaloleaks, the Fortnite downtime ahead of update v31.10 will last roughly five hours or potentially less.
Many leakers have reposted this information, so that's enough evidence to support that the game will remain offline from 4 a.m. ET to about 9 a.m. ET. That gives Epic Games plenty of time to prepare and release the update.
