If true, this decision would be similar to Chapter 3, which lasted four seasons.

When is Chapter 5 of Fortnite coming out?
Reliable Fortnite leaker HYPEX revealed in May that Epic Games plans to launch the next chapter after Chapter 4 Season 4. To give perspective, Fortnite is currently in the middle of Chapter 4 Season 3. The latest season launched on June 9, 2023, and is expected to end on August 25, 2023.
Based on Fortnite’s last two chapters, the Fortnite Chapter 5 leaks hold some merit. Chapter 3 lasted four seasons before Chapter 4 took over and gave players a new map. Additionally, Chapters 3 and 4 launched in December, and 2023 is rapidly approaching.
HYPEX indicated Epic intends to release Fortnite Chapter 5 in November and December, making it fit the usual schedule.
What can I expect in the new Chapter?
Epic Games has been working on Fortnite Chapter 5 for some time. In fact, according to an email obtained by esports reporter Jacob Wolf and HYPEX, Epic recently reallocated staff to focus in part on the next Chapter.
While Chapter 5 is a mystery, many leakers believe the planned Lego collaboration will occur after its launch. If that happens, this crossover could become the most successful in the game’s history.
