‘Tis the season of giving for Nickelodeon, with free alternate costumes now available for download in Nick Brawl.
Swedish developer Ludosity and Nickelodeon just dropped a retro-style trailer to accompany the release of a DLC pack for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, containing 20 different alternate outfits for various characters.
Dubbed "Super DLC 3000", the DLC pack is completely free for all players, and is available for download now on all platforms except for Nintendo Switch. The Switch version will release later this month.
The trailer itself features a number of the costumes in the DLC pack. Of particular note are the comic book-style skins for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters, with Michaelangelo being shown in the trailer's thumbnail.
Meanwhile, SpongeBob gets a hold of his signature "#1" soda hat, featured on the iconic episode "One Krabs Trash". The soda hat itself belonged to Smitty Werbenjägermanjensen, a deceased fish who was "number one", as such. Fellow Bikini Bottom resident Sandy Cheeks also gets some love here, with some athletic gear like a sports jersey and sweatband right on top of her environmental suit.

And then there's the characters from the Avatar franchise. Aang's costume gives him his straw hat, and the same goes for his good friend and trusted ally Toph Beifong. Korra, Aang's successor as the Avatar, gets some leather and fur leg warmers as well.
Perhaps the most striking costume in this Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl DLC pack though, belongs to Danny Phantom. Although merely a palette swap on the surface, the reverse color on his costume is actually quite sleek and stylish. His hair is even in its regular black color. This is in contrast to his hair turning white whenever he goes into his ghost form. We're thinking that this will be a popular choice for those that pick Danny Phantom on a regular basis.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S & X, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
