Joe Higashi enters FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves and Tokyo Game Show 2025!

SNK Corporation has released the official gameplay trailer for Joe Higashi in FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves. Part of the Season Pass 1, Joe Higashi is the fighting game's next DLC character following Ken and Andy Bogard.

Joe Higashi first appeared in FATAL FURY in 1991 alongside Terry and Andy Bogard and last appeared in FATAL FURY: Wild Ambition in 1999. Now, he returns in FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves as a Muay Thai fighter whose kicks are powerful enough to shatter steel.

With no real challengers in the ring, he shifts his focus to acting and stars in a documentary called "The Legend of Joe." The documentary, which is directed by Cheng Sinzan, is already being shot around South Town. Joe also hopes to include a cameo for his student Preecha, who has impressed him with recent tournament wins.

Joe Higashi will be playable for the first time at Tokyo Game Show 2025, with an early demo available at the Samsung SSD booth. He will then join the full roster for all players later this fall.

According to the official announcement, players will also be able to play as him in Arcade Mode and Episodes of South Town (EOST) Mode.
