The Global Esports Federation continues to host a wide variety of esports-related events. Recently, the organization was responsible for the Commonwealth Esports Championships 2022, which saw esports take a role within the Commonwealth Games for the very first time. Additionally, the organization also stated its aspirations to become more involved in the Olympics and other sporting events in the future.

Expect to see more tournaments from the GEF in the future. The organization's goal is to focus on the support of the connection between esports, sports, and technology. It's a laudable goal, and hopefully they can deliver with their next event.
