eFuse, eyeing record-breaking, eight-figure 2023 revenue, establishes itself as a technology company

Five years after its inception, eFuse has officially evolved.

eFuse has revealed an evolved company branding to help its various products independently serve their unique partners. eFuse will remain the company’s lead identity, but will now serve as the parent to a “house of brands”.

Previously known as the "LinkedIn for gamers", eFuse moved away from its social-scroll platform in late 2020 to focus on developing white-label software for the gaming industry. Since then, eFuse has invested heavily in automation to help competitive gaming scale the organization, broadcast, and distribution of marquee events, tournaments, and leagues.

The erena

The erena, eFuse’s tournament operations and competition platform, which has helped to run countless tournaments, will establish its own identity as part of this evolved branding strategy.

The erena will remain the home of some of the biggest collegiate esports leagues in the world, including College CoD, College Carball, and CCA ft. Fortnite. The erena is also home to Women of the erena (WOTE), and other highly successful influencer events such as that of the Baka Bros, NickMercs, Smixie, and Symfuhny.

Inside the erena, organizers can automatically validate student enrollment status for collegiate leagues, automate scoring for large tournaments, multicast complex live events, track statistics, and easily resolve issues within the tournament.

New product lines will be introduced in the coming months.

“eFuse continues to provide the technology and automation gaming needs to operate at scale,” eFuse CEO Matthew Benson said. “Our evolved branding strategy simply acknowledges the different pain points we are solving for communities across gaming. This new clarity provides our products the space they need to continue to serve our partners”.

Alex Charsky, eFuse VP of Competitive Operations added “We are excited to continue work on collegiate leagues, and other competitive gaming events within erena, and remain committed to creating a world where any person can change their life through gaming.”
