A few organizations from last year did not make it this year: Bilibili Gaming, EVOS Esports, FaZe Clan, Gaimin Gladiators, Karmine Corp, LOUD, Movistar KOI, POWR Esports, and Team BDS.
They were replaced by the new entries: 9z Globant, Alpha7 Esports, Fluxo W7M, FUT Esports, GAM Esports, GodLike, NRG, Team Heretics, and Titan Esports Club.
It’s worth noting that NRG was a Club Partner back in 2024, missed out on 2025, and has re-entered the CPP this year.
2026 is the third iteration of the Foundation’s $20 million annual program. Partner Clubs are provided with funding of up to $1 million and various channels of support to “expand their brands and audiences leading up to and throughout the Esports World Cup 2026.”
“The Esports Foundation Club Partner Program reaches fans globally and changes the way they experience esports. Over the past editions, it has created a platform for Clubs to strengthen their brands and engage with audiences, and we’re seeing the results of that in the impact it delivers. With new clubs joining alongside established names in 2026, the program continues to expand in high-growth markets such as Latin America, India, Turkey, and South-East Asia, enhancing the global character of the ecosystem.”
– Hans Jagnow, Director, Clubs, National Teams and Players Relations at the Esports Foundation
According to the Esports Foundation, last year’s Partner Clubs generated more than 300 million campaign views and engaged with over 10 million fans. These numbers come after 370 initiatives like fan events and digital activations.
The Esports World Cup 2026 is scheduled for July 6 to Aug. 23, 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
