Netflix has confirmed that The Night Agent Season 3 is on the way. While no exact release date has been announced, creator Shawn Ryan shared that the team is hard at work writing the new season.
"We’re so excited that our fans will get to watch Season 2 of The Night Agent in early 2025, and we’ve been hard at work writing Season 3 to deliver more breathless Peter Sutherland Night Action adventures to our rabid audience," Ryan told Tudum, which is Netflix's companion site.

After becoming Netflix's most-watched show of 2023, Netflix confirmed more episodes via a third season in October 2024 — just months before the Season 2 premiere. What's more, production for Season 3 has already begun in Istanbul and is scheduled to continue in New York in 2025.
