The Fallout TV show is about to release season two, which is giving fans a brand new look at New Vegas, one of the franchises’s most popular locations.

Everyone knows that Fallout: New Vegas is easily one of the best (if not the best) titles within the popular franchise. Well, it seems as if fans will now get a live-action look at this historic version of Las Vegas, as season two of the hit Amazon Prime show will take place in New Vegas.

And yes, we even got a new trailer today showcasing season two. Here is a look at the trailer and everything we know about Fallout season two, including a release date.

Fallout show releases trailer for Season 2, giving us a look at New Vegas

While the Fallout TV show on Amazon Prime does not follow the storyline of a single Fallout game, it does give us a bunch of easter eggs related to the franchise. From some of the monsters to different locations, many were watching season one with incredible excitement as many different aspects from the game series were shown on the screen.

However, one big location that fans have been itching to explore again for over a decade is New Vegas. Fallout: New Vegas was undoubtedly one of the series's best titles, and now we get to see the location in real life.

And with all of that, Fallout has officially given us a look at New Vegas with an official trailer for season two. Watch the trailer below.

Plot

While we do not know everything that will be unveiled in season two, we do know that Lucy MacLean is on the hunt for her dad, who she discovered in season one had been lying to her her entire life. In fact, in the trailer for season two, the character explicitly says that she wants to bring her father to justice.

However, her journey is not all that we will be following, as we get a look at the Brotherhood of Steel and the civil war that is beginning.

What's even more exciting is that in the trailer, we got an official look at the Deathclaw, which is a massive mutated creature that was made famous in the games.

There is a lot to uncover in the new season, and we see a lot of the same characters return, with even some new faces (yes, I am talking to you, Kumail Ali Nanjiani).

Release date

Better yet, we even have a release date for Fallout's second season, which will premiere on Amazon Prime. The show's second season will be released on December 17, just a week before Christmas. And yes, the show will be following suit of what it did for the first season, and that is releasing the entirety of season two at once.

So, no waiting a week between episodes. What could get better than that?
