The Regional Finals will begin soon; here are all the details you need to know!

Much to the community's disappointment, there won't be any Major for this season - but Valve has announced a replacement in the form of regional tournaments. The Regional Finals will take place on two separate weekends to accommodate all six regions' schedules. Here is more information regarding the Regional Finals' format, schedule, DPC points, and prize pool distribution.
Regional Finals format
In every region, the top 4 teams of the Regional Leagues compete against each other. The playoffs are a double-elimination bracket consisting of BO3s except for the Grand Final, which is a BO5.
- Top 4 teams of the Regional Leagues (each region)
- Double-elimination bracket
- BO3 matches, except for a BO5 Grand Final
Regional Finals schedule
The Regional Finals will be played across two separate weekends - with three regions playing on the first weekend and three other regions playing on the second weekend.
- February 11 - 13: Western Europe (WEU), Southeast Asia (SEA), South America (SA)
- February 18 - 20: China (CN), Eastern European (EEU), North America (NA)

DPC points and prize pool distribution
The total prize pool for each region is $100, 000 USD and will be distributed among all competitors. Only the top two from each Regional Finals will be awarded DPC points.
The distribution is as follows:
- 1st Place: $50, 000 USD & 250 DPC Points
- 2nd Place: $25, 000 & 130 DPC Points
- 3rd Place: $15, 000
- 4th Place: $10, 000
