After a 3-year break from competitive Dota 2, Johan “N0tail” Sundstein returns to OG’s roster, while Rodrigo “Lelis” Santos departs.

Johan "N0tail" Sundstein has remained a constant presence in the OG lineup, returning in the coaching role earlier in 2025. However, as the team struggled to find their stride, it has seen many different rosters come and go. In September of this year, the team welcomed a few new faces while trying to build another new team to move forward with. Unfortunately, the team continued to be met with failed attempts in qualifiers.

With that in mind, OG has decided to make a big move, replacing their latest position 5, Rodrigo “Lelis” Santos, with their co-founder, N0tail.

Since May of 2025, N0tail had finally made his return to Dota 2 as he joined his former squad in a coaching role. However, not even the strength of the two-time winner of The International could change what was a downward trend for the team. While N0tail has played a few times as a stand-in recently, namely at the PGL Wallachia Season 6 qualifiers, his spot in the team is a more permanent fixture.

In a post made via their X account, OG confirmed that Lelis would be leaving the roster. The organisation thanked him for his “efforts during his brief tenure” before switching to his replacement. While nobody else on the roster changes, N0tail’s return could begin to bring back the OG that we know and love.

Unfortunately, even with this change, OG and N0tail will not feature in any of the Tier 1 events remaining in 2025. With the OG legacy slowly being forgotten, this move hopes to strengthen the foundation of the roster and hopefully bring a better 2026 for the famed organisation.

The full OG roster is now:

  • Indji "Shad" Lub
  • Igor "Stojkov" Stojkov
  • Mihajlo "MikSa`" Jovanovic
  • Tamir "daze" Tokpanov
  • Johan "N0tail" Sundstein

Although the team has not announced any further changes yet, they may make more roster changes in the future. With OG currently only involved in the Tier 3 DreamLeague Division 2 tournament, they will be looking to N0tail on his return for leadership through to a much-needed victory.
