MinD_ContRoL returns after a 3-month suspension period.
Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov officially steps into the North American region to play for Shopify Rebellion. The Bulgarian The International (TI) winner last played for Tundra Esports where he faced a controversial suspension three months ago. Now he returns to compete among the Rebellion lineup, just in time for Riyadh Masters and The International 2024 (TI13) qualifiers!

MinD_ContRoL joins Shopify Rebellion after a three-month suspension
It has been three months since the MinD_ContRoL - Tundra Esports controversy took place. In the midst of an ongoing DreamLeague Season 22, MinD_ContRoL left Tundra Esports with an LFT announcement, claiming he has been kicked. It turned out that there was an internal conflict between the players and this resulted in his indefinite suspension.
Three months later, MinD_ContRoL officially makes his exit from the Western European organization. He joins the notable Shopify Rebellion crew, merging forces with Dota 2 veteran Arteezy. He will also be joining Southeast Asian players of known caliber, Yopaj and skem. MinD_ContRoL is filling in the void left by SabeRLight, who recently departed due to lack of chemistry among the team.

Just in time for Riyadh Masters and TI13 qualifiers
This roster change takes place right ahead of important yearly qualifiers. The $5 million Riyadh Masters will also offer $5 million for the qualifier rounds. For the North American region, this begins on May 31 and will span three days in total.
On the other hand, the qualifier for The International 2024 (TI13) starts on June 9 for North America. Shopify Rebellion is directly seeded into the Closed Qualifier rounds, set to compete alongside teams like nouns and La Correntada.
