The 10th Anniversary Treasure rewards Dota 2 players with free returning and retouched sets. Here’s a breakdown of how much the treasure may be worth.

The 10th Anniversary Treasure gives Dota 2 players thirteen commemorative and retouched sets to celebrate the existence of the historic MOBA and they are FREE to acquire. Players have to win a game to get one of the thirteen sets and win thirteen to acquire all. But how much does this free 10th Anniversary Treasure actually worth?

Obviously measuring the value of each item, especially the unobtainable ones, is very subjective. On top of that, all the items are retouched with unique styles and effects, making their value significantly higher than their original set. There is no definite price value and we can only roughly estimate.

We collected and summed up all obtainable items' values (higher end) from the Steam Community Market and calculated that the total value is more than $800 USD. This only takes into account eight sets from the thirteen Treasures. If we include the rest of the exclusive Treasures (five items) - the actual value could be much MUCH higher!

How much are the sets in the 10th Anniversary Treasure worth?

2011 Dolfrat and Roshinante

The basic courier set is pretty cheap and can be bought for around $1.

  • Starting price: $37
  • Current price: $0.83

2012 The Alpine Stalker’s Set

You can find the individual pieces for the Alpine Stalker's Set for the following prices:

  • Scarf ($107)
  • Pants ($100)
  • Gloves ($44)
  • Hat ($400)

There is no default Alpine Stalker's Set on the Steam Community Market at the time of writing, but a Cursed set can be found with a high $1,356 price tag.

Take the most expensive part of the set, the Lucky Alpine Stalker's Hat. The item's original value started at $200 and would spike up to $800 over the years. The current price hovers at $200.

2013 Relic Sword

The Relic Sword has always been sold at the Steam Community Market for below $1, and it is incredibly high in demand. Those with many custom effects can go up to $11.

After the 10th Anniversary Treasure went live, there was a spike in purchases for the basic Relic Sword. On August 18th alone, there were 144 purchases for only $0.10 an item.

2015 Bindings of Deep Magma

Bindings of Deep Magma is one of the most popular Dota 2 sets. It was first sold on the market for $25 and after a few years, hovered in the $10 range. The default set was sold for around $2 before the 10th Anniversary Treasure was launched. But it's currently experiencing a price hike, as the set becomes more popular, selling for around $8.
