We already know about their online tournaments. But for the next two years, FISSURE will start organizing more Dota 2 events, including LAN content.

The International 2024 is close to its end, and the feeling of the Dota 2 year coming to an end is already kicking. However, many tournament operators already announced their calendar for the next season. Although the Deadlock hype could have scared some Dota 2 fans, FISSURE just relieved some of that fear, announcing their Dota 2 calendar for the next two years.

FISSURE is now part of the Tier 1 brands that committed to the Dota 2 esports scene for the next season. Their "Universe" branch of online tournaments will keep going as we know it, with an invitational format. Plus, they are now adding LAN events to their formula under the "PLAYGROUND" name.

FISSURE's Dota 2 Schedule for 2025 - 2026

For the upcoming season, FISSURE also mentioned that this naming format will be applied to their CS2 events. This is the complete schedule announced for the next year:

However, the next calendar could come with important upgrades to their prizepool or format. In addition to the previous schedule, this is all the information we got for the 2026 season:

  • Tournament #1 - Jan. 23 - Feb. 1
  • Tournament #2 - Mar. 28 - Apr. 5
  • Tournament #3 - Apr. 28 - May 7
  • Tournament #4 - Jun. 29 - Jul. 5
  • Tournament #5 - Jul. 30 - Aug. 9
  • Tournament #6 - Oct. 14 - 25
  • Tournament #7 - Dec. 1 - 10

As we can see, the spacing between these tournaments will be shorter. Therefore, we can expect a more active Dota 2 season for FISSURE during 2026. Despite that, no details on which tournament will be LAN or online have been released.
