After moving to Abu Dhabi as part of the city’s AD Gaming initiative, Nigma has now announced a multi-year partnership with the country’s national airline, Etihad Airways.
Etihad Airways has announced a multi-year partnership with esports organization Team Nigma. The announcement follows Nigma’s decision to relocate to Abu Dhabi earlier this month.
Etihad to sponsor Team Nigma
This landmark agreement will be Etihad’s first foray into sponsoring an esports team. Etihad Airways will ensure the players and staff will arrive, relaxed, refreshed and on time for their packed schedule.
Dota 2 fans saw their favorite teams on LAN after more than a year at the ONE Esports Singapore Major. Invictus Gaming won the Major after a grueling 3-2 reverse sweep against the North American Evil Geniuses.

Earlier this month, Team Nigma announced it would relocate its headquarters to Abu Dhabi. The move is a part of AD Gaming, the city’s initiative to drive gaming and esports industry growth. Nigma will train and operate out of UAE’s capital.
