Sixteen teams make their way into the DreamLeague Season 25 main event.
The DreamLeague Season 25 is fast approaching and teams are busy with the various regional qualifiers. The tournament has seven regional qualifiers with each region sending a different number of teams to the main event. Here are all the teams qualified for DreamLeague Season 25.
Which teams qualified for DreamLeague Season 25?
A total of 16 teams will make it to the DreamLeague Season 25. Some of the first invites go out to teams based on their EPT Rankings. The Western Europe qualifiers are already underway and AVULUS has made its way through to the main event. Meanwhile, Eastern Europe sends 9Pandas and Team Spirit to the main event after a three-day qualifying event.
The Southeast Asian Qualifiers saw Talon lose out to BOOM in the lower bracket Final. Aurora Gaming went undefeated through the bracket, although they did not have a perfect record losing games to both Talon Esports as well as BOOM Esports.
The Western Europe qualifier comes to an end on January 11 with the final two teams from the region earning their spots. Meanwhile, China, MESWA, and North America will also decide their team list for DreamLeague Season 25 by January 11.

DreamLeague Season 25 has three stages - Group Stage 1, Group Stage 2 and the Playoffs. The first Group stage runs for four days starting February 16. It features two single round-robin groups of eight teams each where all games are a best-of-two series.
The top four teams make it to the next stage. The second group stage also follows a similar pattern. The top two teams make it to the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the next two teams make it to the lower bracket. The Playoffs is a double-elimination format where every match is a best-of-three series.
The DreamLeague Season 25 is a sixteen-team million-dollar tournament. The event kicks off on February 16 and will come to an end a few weeks later on March 2. With some of the best Dota 2 teams in attendance, this tournament promises to bring the best of Dota 2 esports to fans. The event will broadcast live on Twitch here.
