Blizzard has unveiled Diablo 4 Twitch Drops for fans starting with the game’s official launch on June 5. For four weeks, Diablo 4 fans can avail themselves of exclusive Twitch drops by watching their favorite streamers play the game. Here’s all we know about the Twitch drops and how to get them.
How to Get Diablo 4 Twitch Drops?
For four weeks, fans can watch their favorite Diablo 4 streamers as well as earn Twitch drops. Each week has different rewards and we have them listed here for you. There are two different tiers of Twitch drops every week. You can earn the first tier if you watch eligible streamers for three hours. The second tier, and in most cases, the much better-looking cosmetic is available only after watching the streams for a minimum of six hours.
Week 1: Rogue and Necromancer
- Start Time: June 5, 4 p.m. PDT
- End Time: June 11, 11:59 p.m. PDT
Here’s what you can earn during Week 1
- Three hours: Azurehand Back-Stabber Dagger and Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword Weapon Recolors
- Six Hours: Matron-Sigil Coffer (Rogue) and Progenitor Favor (Necromancer) Back Trophy.
Week 2
- Start Time: June 5, 4 p.m. PDT
- End Time: June 11, 11:59 p.m. PDT
Here’s what you can earn during Week 1
- Three hours: Azurehand Spell-Slinger Wand Weapon Recolor
- Six Hours: Hellrune Tabernacle Back Trophy
Week 3
- Start Time: June 5, 4 p.m. PDT
- End Time: June 11, 11:59 p.m. PDT
Here’s what you can earn during Week 1
- Three hours: Azurehand Head-Cleaver Weapon Recolor
- Six Hours: Font of the Mother Back Trophy.
Week 4
- Start Time: June 5, 4 p.m. PDT
- End Time: June 11, 11:59 p.m. PDT
Here’s what you can earn during Week 1
- Three hours: Azurehand Skull-Crusher.
- Six Hours: Matriarch’s Mantle Back Trophy.

Yes, you don’t need to own any variation of the game to earn Diablo 4 Twitch Drops.
The Diablo 4 Twitch Drops will expire seven days after they appear in your inventory. Better claim them as soon as possible.
Remember to Claim your Diablo 4 Twitch drop on the channel you are watching. You can also claim the Twitch drops in the Drops Inventory menu.
All regions except China, Russia and Belarus are eligible for Diablo 4 Twitch drops.
You can claim your Diablo 4 Twitch drops either via web browser (PC or Mac) and on your mobile phone (Android / iOS). Twitch Drops are not claimable on consoles, smart TVs and other devices.
