The CS2 prodigy was already attracting attention at Team Spirit Academy before his promotion to the main team in July. While he was on Team Spirit, he and his teammates later won a reverse sweep over Virtus.pro at the BetBoom Dacha 2023 event. Additionally, HLTV also named donk the competition's MVP.
