The Fall Showdown takes place in late August.

The BLAST Premier Fall Showdown is the final opportunity for teams to qualify for the Fall Finals. Featuring some teams from Fall Groups, the Showdown features some of the teams from Fall Groups amongst others. Here’s all you need to know about the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024 including the participating teams, format and more.

BLAST Premier Fall Showdown Format

The BLAST Premier Fall Showdown will have a single-elimination format. All matches in the Showdown are best-of-three series. This means teams have to give their all in the matches they play in. 

FaZe Clan, HEROIC, GamerLegion are some of the favorites in the event. However, Complexity and Astralis came close to qualifying for Fall Finals. They lost to NAVI and Astralis respectively in the Fall Groups. 

With twelve teams from the Fall Groups, the remaining teams have earned theri spots from various regional events. Zero Tenacity and AMKAL esports qualified for the event from the European Masters. The event took place in late May 2024 with Zero Tenacity winning over DMS while AMKAL esports qualified after their victory over Monte esports. 

M80 came via the North American Masters while paiN secured their spot via the South American Masters 2024. Rare Atom is the only Asian representative after winning the Asian Cup. 

Prize Pool and Ranks

The tournament will have a $135,000 prize pool. The Prize pool will be evenly distributed between all the participating teams. The top two teams will receive $20,000 each, while the next two teams earn $12,500 each.
