Five-time Major winner dupreeh to make analyst debut at BLAST Bounty

The 2025 CS2 season kicks off with BLAST Bounty Season 1. The 32-team event is the starting point for the VRS-controlled open circuit. And bringing us all of the action will be a 10-person talent lineup featuring many BLAST staples. Amongst the newcomers is CS2's only five-time Major winner, Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen, making his debut as an analyst.

After parting ways with Falcons in December, dupreeh is joining the desk to bring his extensive game knowledge to the broadcast. A member of the legendary Astralis roster, and Vitality's Major-winning roster subsequently, dupreeh has played with and against many of the top players in the world. He also brings a unique perspective to the broadcast as one of the few elite entry turned analyst. Notably, Adam "friberg" Friberg previously played a similar role on the desk.

Dupreeh won't be the only new face on the BLAST broadcast. North American content creator and analyst, Donald "voo" Parkhurst will also be joining the desk. Voo, best known for his YouTube videos, has previously provided analysis on DreamHack Open desks during the online era.

Alongside dupreeh and voo, the BLAST broadcast will host a number of regulars. James Banks and Freya "Freya" Spiers will share desk host duties, while Banks will also serve as the event's interviewer. Jacob "Pimp" Winneche and Alex "Mauisnake" Ellenberg will join them on the desk across the event.

Casting the matches will be Harry "JustHarry" Russell and Hugo Byron, and BLAST's signature duo of Mohan "launders" Govindasamy and Conner "Scrawny" Girvan. Both duos bring massive experience to the broadcast, with the right mix of hype and analysis.
