Warzone 2 currently has just one map, Al Mazrah. The battle royale map is expansive, but Call of Duty players have still been a bit underwhelmed with the lack of map options. Having only one map to drop into made Warzone 2 feel a bit incomplete, but that may be about to change.

Is Warzone 2 getting a new map?
According to Insider Gaming, a Resurgence map may be released alongside Season Two.
Resurgence is a smaller battle royale mode that has players automatically respawn when they are eliminated. This game has been rumored to be returning in Warzone 2 and it now seems multiple sources are confident it's coming along with a new map.
Currently, there is no further information about the Resurgence map. It's unclear what the theme or layout would be, so Warzone players will have to wait and see for now.
When is Season Two coming to Warzone 2?
Developers have not revealed an official date for Season Two. But we do know that Season One's battle pass ends on February 1, 2023. This means that Season Two is most likely coming shortly after. Fans are expecting to get more news in January, 2023.
