Here’s everything that you can expect to see in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 1.

Activision and Sledgehammer Games have revealed the full Season 1 roadmap for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (MW3). Here we take a brief look at all of the new and exciting content that is coming to MW3 on Dec. 6.

Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer

Starting things off, we have a boatload of new content making its way into the MW3 multiplayer. There is a wide variety of goodies for Call of Duty fans to get their hands on in Season 1, from new maps and modes, including the return of the ever popular Gunfight. And if that isn't enough, then the stage is also set for the return of two iconic killstreaks. That being the Swarm streak from Black Ops 2 as well as a Modern Warfare staple, the EMP.

Ranked Play will also be coming to MW3 Season 1. Sledgehammer Games has yet to announce when exactly it will be released, but we will be sure to update you all when we have more information.

Call of Duty fans can look forward to playing around with a collection of new weapons. Season 1 will see three weapons added into the main battle pass to kick things off. This will include the return of the fan-favorite Ram-7 Assault Rifle from 2019's Modern Warfare. This will then be followed up by an additional two weapons, which will be added into the game later in the season.

Aside from the new slew of weapons, we also have a variety of cool and exciting skins making their way to Call of Duty. In the latter stages of MW2, fans were treated to two amazing crossover bundles in the form of The Boys and Dune.

It would seem that Call of Duty is looking to build on these two partnerships by introducing two new sets of skins to promote Dune: Part 2 as well The Boys Season 4. There will also be two limited-time modes (LTMs) related to each universe coming to the game as part of the collaborations.
