We have been given our first look at three new multiplayer maps coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 1.

We don't have to wait long for the first season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. You can expect plenty of new content, including the integration with Warzone. As well, just recently confirmed, there are three new maps on their way with Black Ops 6 Season 1.

Hideout, Extraction, and Heirloom are the maps set to arrive, themed around the criminal underground. You can get a first-hand experience with these new maps when they launch on November 14, but let's take a brief look at them right now.

Black Ops 6 Season 1 to introduce three new multiplayer maps

It is important to note that these may not be the only new multiplayer maps coming in Season 1. On the official Call of Duty X account, a preview of the three maps were shown. The wording of the post, however, says it is a "sneak peek at a few of the new maps."

That's open to interpretation, but if you ask us, it sounds like they're leaving room for more new maps to join the party in Black Ops 6 Season 1. Until that's confirmed, we've got three official ones. Here they are and what we know from the short video:

  • Hideout (6v6): An asymmetrical secluded base with buildings and containers to weave in and out from.
  • Extraction (6v6): An oceanside airport with helicopter pads, hangers, an air traffic control tower, and other buildings to provide interior and exterior battles.
  • Heirloom (6v6 & 2v2): An art museum with multiple floors, entryways, corridors, and exquisite pieces of art to use as cover.

Those are just what we can tell from the preview shown. There will definitely be a Call of Duty blog post closer to Black Ops 6 Season 1 that gives more details on the three new maps. This should include callouts, location information, and much more.
