Fans can expect an announcement later today, or…?

Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will be on Xbox Game Pass from Day 1 a new notification going out to users has confirmed. Call of Duty Black Ops 6 was unveiled a few days ago, adding to the excitement of Call of Duty fans. With whispers of hidden truths and multiple cryptic messages, there is a lot to unpack in the recent announcement. However, it also seems that Black Ops 6 will come to Xbox Game Pass right from Day 1.

Black Ops 6 to come to Game Pass on Day 1

The Xbox Game Pass app on iOS and Android has been notifying people about the game’s launch on Game Pass on Day 1 as per an initial report by Tom Warren. The notification led users to a link that does not seem to be live just yet.

The leak is not completely surprising considering Microsoft has, in the past, expressed its interest in bringing CoD games to Game Pass on Day 1. This would be a great value proposition for players as the game would normally cost around $70.

Xbox Game Pass is a subscription gaming service offered by Microsoft. It was launched in 2017 and allows subscribers to play multiple games for free as long as they pay the monthly subscription cost.

Fans can expect an announcement later today as Xbox usually makes announcements around 10 am ET. However, some other reports also claim that Microsoft will fully unveil Blcak Ops 6 next month during the Summer Games Fest. Call of Duty players should keep an eye on the Xbox social media channels on Twitter and YouTube for any more information. Esports.gg will also cover any news surrounding Call of Duty Black Ops 6.
