Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is the next big thing and Treyarch and Activision are all set to unveil it to the public. With the new game release still some time away, fans are eagerly waiting for more information about the game’s beta. Here’s what we know about Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Beta kicks off.
What’s new in Call of Duty Black Ops 6?
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is a Gulf-War themed title this year and takes us back to the 1990s. The game was first revealed on June 9 and fans got a glimpse of the gameplay at the Summer Game Fest 2024 a few days later.
When does Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Beta Start?
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Beta starts on August 30, two days after Call of Duty Next. There will be brand new maps, loadouts and more with the new game.
The Black Ops 6 Multiplayer Beta occurs across two weekends and will feature Early Access days as well as an Open Beta period.
There will be two Beta Phases for Black Ops 6. The first Beta will be an Early Access giving players who have purchased the Deluxe edition an opportunity to play the game well ahead of others. The second weekend will be an open beta allowing anyone and everyone to participate.

Weekend One: Early Access
The Early Access Beta is available only to players who have pre-ordered the game. They could be PC or console players. The Early access beta is also available to Game Pass Subscribers and will go live on all platforms at the same time. So no more waiting for your friends from other platforms to come online during the Beta phase of the game.
The Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Beta will go live on August 30 at 10 am PT. We have also converted it into various other time zones for your convenience.

Weekend Two: Open Beta
The Open Beta which will have a much wider player base will go live on September 6 at 10 am PT. The Open Beta will go live for around 3 days ending on September 9, giving players ample opportunity to playtest their favorite weapons, decide on new maps and more.
How to Play Call of Duty Black Ops 6 beta?
Activision has not yet released any new information about the details of participation in the Black Ops 6 Beta. For the first beta, which is the Early Access one, it should simply be available to play for users. The second, Open Beta, will require pre-registration, although more details are yet to come out regarding the same.
