The Black Ops 6 Season 1 Roadmap is here and there is so much coming to the game. The grind is real, everyone.
Black Ops 6 Season 1 is rapidly approaching, and Call of Duty gave us a look at the roadmap. There is a ton to look forward to come November 14. From new Warzone integration to multiplayer and Zombies updates, there's something for everyone.
Let's take a look at all of the exciting additions to Season 1. This includes new events, bundles, weapons, maps, and so much more. This might be one of the most anticipated first seasons of a Call of Duty game in a long time.
New maps included in the Black Ops 6 Season 1 Roadmap
The blog post begins with an introduction to the first season. Sev has partnered with some less-than-reputable individuals to take down the Pantheon. And that's the theme Season 1 focuses on as it unfolds.
Follow that up with another look at new maps, including some we were not shown originally. Hideout, Extraction, and Heirloom were given a preview trailer just days before this new information came out. Now, we know of three more in-season maps:
- Racket (2v2 and 6v6)
- Hacienda (6v6)
- Nuketown Holiday (6v6)
That's not all, though. A new map is coming to Warzone when integration begins on the first day of Season 1. Area 99 is a new Resurgence map, based on the area where Nuketown is located. Then comes the return of both Urzikstan and Rebirth Island.
If you're a Zombies fan, then you've got a new map to get excited about from the Black Ops 6 Season 1 Roadmap. Citadelle Des Morts arrives in-season, and brings with it a new perk, Field Upgrade, ammo mod, and more.
All modes coming in Black Ops 6 Season 1
Next, we'll touch on the game modes coming to BO6 and Warzone. These are pretty straightforward, as most return from previous COD titles:
- Ransack (Multiplayer) - The only brand-new mode. Gather gold bars from crates and return it to your team's stash. Raid the enemy team's loot and have the most gold to win.
- Prop Hunt (Multiplayer) - In-Season
- Ranked Play (Multiplayer)
- BR Ranked Play (Warzone)
- Battle Royale (Warzone)
- Resurgence (Warzone)
- Plunder (Warzone)
- Directed Mode (Zombies)
Ranked is coming on November 21 for Multiplayer. For Warzone, a ranked mode arrives sometime in December. For Zombies, Directed Mode comes for its two original maps of Terminus and Liberty Falls. This mode shows you the main quest objectives instead of you having to figure it out on your own.
New Perks, Wildcard, and Scorestreak
Of course, there will be new ways to boost your loadout when Black Ops 6 Season 1 arrives, according to its Roadmap. New Perks, a new Scorestreak, and a new Wildcard are on the way:
- Shadow (Strategist Perk): Slot 2 - Undetectable to enemy traps and mines.
- Shrapnel Radar (Recon Park) - Slot 3 - Coming Mid-Season, dealing blast damage to enemies will reveal them on your minimap.
- Hand Cannon (Scorestreak) - 900 Score - A powerful, large caliber handgun with high bullet damage and penetration.
- High Roller (Wildcard) - Mid-Season - This allows the player to have a fourth Scorestreak to earn in Core multiplayer modes.
