The return of the Outlaw in Black Ops 7 needs a special loadout.

The Warden 308 is one of three marksman rifles available at launch in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. If you played Black Ops 4, then this weapon might look eerily familiar to you. It's a reimagination of the popular Outlaw sniper from that game, and while the Warden 308 technically isn't a sniper in Black Ops 7, like the VS Recon, you can build a loadout that turns it into one.

Below, you can see the strongest loadout of attachments for the Warden 308 in Black Ops 7 multiplayer.

Best loadout for the Warden 308 in Black Ops 7

While it is a marksman rifle, you should still treat the Warden 308 as a sniper. The primary reason it's not a sniper is due to its low damage and strange fire rate, which is a mix between bolt-action and semi-automatic shots. With the right attachments and playstyle, though, you can make the Warden 308 a lethal quickscoping option in Black Ops 7.

Here's our recommended loadout for the Warden 308:

  • Optic: Kepler-Pro Red Dot
  • Muzzle: LTI-LM Brake
  • Barrel: 15.4" LTI Phalanx Barrel
  • Rear Grip: Thunder Grip
  • Laser: 3MW Motion Strike Laser

The Warden 308 is a unique weapon in Black Ops 7. It acts like a sniper rifle and a semi-auto rifle, as you can one-shot enemies with an upper-body shot, but you can also fire the gun as fast as you can pull the trigger. Because of this, you want a mixture of damage, mobility, and accuracy attachments. Our loadout boosts all of these areas, allowing you to gun enemies with precision or rapid shots.

While you still might see some hitmarkers, well-placed headshots will always land you a one-shot KO. If you want a more traditional sniper in Black Ops 7, check out our loadout guide for the VS Recon.
