Best Field Upgrades in Black Ops 6

Field Upgrades can be a game changer if you use one of the best in Black Ops 6. There are plenty for all playstyles, but some truly reign supreme over the handful of others. Of course, you'll need to some unlocking by leveling up to get them all.

Once you do, then you can truly put the Field Upgrades to the test. Until then, you'll have to trust us. We've got you covered with the five best Field Upgrades in Black Ops 6, so you can just put it on a loadout and be satisfied.

At launch, there are just under a dozen Field Upgrades available. As you progress through the in-game ranks, you'll obtain more and more as part of your loadout selection. We've chosen five from the 11 upon release that just get the job done.

This one would be a bit higher on the list if it wasn't locked until level 51. If you Prestige, you'll only get a few ranks to use it. Still, its a stressful time when a team hears that there is a Sleeper Agent on the battlefield.

With this Field Upgrade, you appear as an ally to enemies and get access to their voice comms. Use a suppressor on your weapon to stay hidden, as unsuppressed fire reveals you. Enemy equipment and Perks can still see you, however.

If you are an objective-mode player in Black Ops 6, Scrambler is one of the best Field Upgrade options. It creates an area that disrupts enemy equipment, Field Upgrades, Scorestreaks, and minimaps.

Use Hardpoint for an example here. If you rush the Hardpoint and put down your Scrambler, the enemy team can't do anything. Their Trophy Systems won't work, they can't make use of Scorestreaks, and they can't even see anyone there on the minimap.

Perhaps you want to use a Perk other than Scavenger? Then the Assault Pack is your go-to Field Upgrade if you find yourself running out of ammo constantly. It is as simple as that, you just drop it and can resupply.

The same goes for your teammates, which gives you a bit of XP when they use it. If you burn through your weapon's ammo or have tossed all of your Lethal and Tactical Equipment, just use the Assault Pack to get more and stay in the fight.

Surprise! A Spring Mine awaits you as you slide around a corner or through a doorway. Why not be the one delivering that surprise instead of facing it? Pick the Spring Mine Field Upgrade, as it is one of the best in Black Ops 6.

It is an anti-infantry mine, which means its focus is on taking out other players. Drop it near a common entry point or by an objective. Most players are into a fast-paced style and will run right into it, netting you an elimination.

Just like in Call of Duty's past iterations, it is hard to beat the Trophy System. We absolutely think it is the best Field Upgrade available at the release of Black Ops 6. By now, everyone knows what it does and how strong it can be.

If you aren't aware, let's break it down. When your Trophy System is available, throw it on an objective or where you're camping. It has a certain amount of uses before it expires, but enemy projectiles coming your way are shot down. That's invaluable.
