Here’s what NiceWigg had to say about his new role at 100 Thieves.
Apex Legends content creator and streamer Jack "NiceWigg" Martin is now a co-owner of 100 Thieves. Here's what he had to say about it and what it means for him and the organization.
NiceWigg becomes 100 Thieves co-owner
NiceWigg recently revealed that he has transitioned from being a content creator for 100 Thieves to a co-owner of the organization. The announcement was accompanied by a video showing him entering the 100 Thieves compound and signing his player name on the window of his studio.

During a Twitch livestream, NiceWigg also detailed what this role means for him and the organization. "I am not only a co-owner of 100 Thieves, which is a really cool title within itself," he said. "I'm actually now going to be the head of creator culture and talent strategy at 100 Thieves. That is the full title card that I have."

Before the announcement, NiceWigg teased the reveal as the biggest moment of his career. Others working with the organization were in on it as well. The official 100 Thieves account on X shared a farewell video featuring him. NiceWigg even played it up by quoting the post with some words of his own.
"Great run of 4 years," NiceWigg wrote on X. "Just felt it was time to move up into new opportunities. Love this ORG with my whole heart."
Apex Legends community predicted NiceWigg's next move
Prior to the official reveal, folks on Reddit speculated that NiceWigg could be joining Respawn Entertainment or taking on a role as a community representative. Some suggested he's likely thinking about life after streaming.
User gantz1212's prediction was the most accurate, however, with Hpulley4 pointing out how the wording on both farewell posts were a bit suspicious.
"Both posts mention Wigg not being a creator for 100T any longer," gantz1212 wrote. "Maybe he's taking a position with the org in ownership, leadership, etc. He's done a great job of building a community within Apex and I think there is something to be said for his skill being used on a broader level."
In hindsight, perhaps the "move up" part of NiceWigg's post referred to his new role as co-owner.
