Gambit’s Konstantin “Hardecki” Kozlov is the winner of the Best Slayer in EMEA Award! The 18-year old drastically changed the fate of his team and was a pivotal character in the ALGS Year 1.

Hearing the name Hardecki during the ALGS EMEA broadcasts became almost a given. Now Hardecki has been officially heralded as the Best Slayer in EMEA. Konstantin “Hardecki” Kozlov is the youngest winner in the Esports.gg Apex Legends Award at only 18 years old, but despite his age the teenager was the driving force behind Gambit’s remarkable dominance in ALGS Year 1.

The winner of the Esports.gg Apex Legends Awards was decided by a private vote, with the esteemed panel of judges a mix of players, broadcast talent, and community figures. This is the inaugural Apex Legends Awards, but we hope to organize more throughout the ALGS Pro League Year 2.

Konstantin “Hardecki” Kozlov had an incredibly impressive season in ALGS Year 1. Despite only a top 8 finish in the ALGS Championship, Hardecki aided Gambit in placing 1st at the ALGS Summer Circuit #1 and the 3rd at ALGS Winter Circuit Playoffs.

Hardecki’s addition to Gambit in early 2020 had an instant impact, massively improving the results of a team that had been struggling during the early stages of the ALGS online events. Hardecki joined to replace the benched Danila “Sunset” Soloviov. Hardecki is now easily not only the most recognisable Gambit player but one of the top players in the world at his craft.
