As the Apex Legends Global Series 2025: Split 2 Pro League begins across all regions, the Americas region has a lot of teams worth keeping an eye on. Here are some teams from Americas you should follow this ALGS 2025 Split 2.

ALGS 2025 Split 2 Americas

A total of 30 teams are competing, split into three groups of ten. The top 20 teams after the triple round robin

The Team Falcons squad, featuring Phillip “ImperialHal” Dosen and Ben “Wxltzy” Walton, with IGL Rhys “Zer0” Perry, had a strong showing in the 2025 Midseason Playoffs in the Esports World Cup. They finished sixth overall and placed third highest among all Americas teams in the event. Falcons have been a competitive team throughout the year, too. They began the year with a third place at the ALGS: 2025 Championship and followed that up with back-to-back wins at the Open and on Split 1.

Meanwhile, the rebuilt TSM, consisting of Ira “Dooplex” Shepherd, Rigoberto “Gent” Padilla, and Nathaniel “Panic” Arthur, has only been together for a few months. This organization has always been a big part of Apex Legends esports, and Split 2 is one more opportunity for this trio to prove that they can fill the big shoes vacated by those before them. This iteration of TSM debuted in Split 1, where they finished 7th. Their next major LAN appearance was in EWC, where they finished 14th.

Nice Guys are heading into Split 2 after they placed 1st in the Pro League Qualifier. This year marked Austin "Sang" Ablia and Cody "Cody" Loze’s return to professional ALGS, with the squad completed by qqBiddy.

Team ZZ, comprised of Zachary "Gild" Dennis, Nicholas "Sikezz" Odom, and Zachary "Zach" Mazer, is also worth following. After Gild and Sikezz parted ways with NRG, they picked up Zach to complete their roster. NRG’s old coach, Winnie "tiltedwinnie" Long, is leading Team ZZ as the league’s only female coach.

Group B: Ninjas in Pyjamas, ROC Esports

Both Ninjas in Pyjamas and ROC Esports had strong performances in EWC. These two teams have momentum going for them. NIP had back-to-back podium finishes after placing second in Split 1, followed by a third place in EWC. Meanwhile, ROC finished sixth in Split 1 and second in EWC.

The similarities between these two teams do not end there. Both organizations debuted their new rosters in Split 1, and they have been successful so far, as evidenced by their LAN accomplishments. Split 2, and the teams’ eventual appearances in Champs, feel inevitable in their hands.

Group C: Shopify Rebellion, 100 Thieves

Shopify Rebellion signed Nelson “zap” Bangs just two weeks before Split 2 begins, as their previous IGL, Matthew “Emtee” Trengove, departs for Virtus.pro. SR has been a force to reckon with in ALGS events this year — they finished 4th in 2025 Champs, and fifth in the Open and Split 1. Without Emtee, though, Nelson “Xynew” Bangs takes on the role of IGL. How the squad’s tone will shift is still on the table, but it is sure to be an interesting watch.

On the other hand, 100 Thieves has some notable names: Noyan “Genburten” Ozkose, Evan “Verhulst” Verhulst, and IGL Josue Daniel “Phony” Ruiz. They played in the 2025 Open and finished fourth, then exited EWC in seventh. If you like watching familiar players, then 100T is your team to follow.

They are in Group C with Virtus.pro and the old Movistar KOI roster that has Bowen "Monsoon" Fuller in it. The only Brazilian team in the league, Legacy Kingdom, is also in this group.
