Hugo Ascension Materials

To raise Hugo to his maximum Ascension, you need the following materials:
- 4 Basic Attack Certification Seal
- 32 Advanced Attack Certification Seal
- 30 Pioneer's Certification Seal
- 800,000 Dennies
The Attack Certification Seals can be farmed from the Attack Drill node in the HIA. Agent EXP materials and Dennies can be acquired through the Combat Simulation, events, or just interacting with New Eridu in general.

You can farm the Tactical Chips in Combat Simulation in the HIA through the "Icing Test" node.
Higher Dimensional Data: Murderous Obituary can be acquired by challenging Notorious Dullahan in the Expert Challenge.
Sycophant's Refinement drops from the Bringer weekly challenge. Note that you can only claim rewards from this fight thrice a week, shared with other Notorious Hunt nodes. This was the same one that Miyabi and Harumasa required for their own skill levels, so check if you have some left over. However, Vivian also requires this material, so make sure to farm extra.
