Vivian is an S-Rank Ether Anomaly Agent. Her kit allows her to deal damage even when she's not the active squad member, provided that you keep up her stacks. Check out the details of Vivian's kit here.
Vivian Ascension Materials

To raise Vivian to her maximum Ascension, you need the following materials:
- 4 Basic Anomaly Certification Seal
- 32 Advanced Anomaly Certification Seal
- 30 Controller Certification Seal
- 800,000 Dennies
Challenge the Anomaly Drill fight in the HIA for the Anomaly Certification Seals. The Coff Cafe choices, Tin Master Special and Espresso, will eventually result in identical drop counts. Taking the Tin Master Special will grant slightly more Inter-Knot XP, though.
Agent EXP materials and Dennies can also be acquired through the Combat Simulation, events, or just interacting with New Eridu in general.

You can farm the Tactical Chips in Combat Simulation in the HIA.
Higher Dimensional Data: Mortal Cleave drops from the Thracian Expert Challenge. Previous characters like Miyabi and Astra Yao also required these.
Sycophant's Refinement drops from the Bringer weekly challenge. Note that you can only claim rewards from this fight thrice a week, shared with other Notorious Hunt nodes. This was the same one that Miyabi and Harumasa required for their own skill levels, so check if you have some left over.
