How to Start Collecting HIA Commemorative Coins
Your quest to collect the HIA coins in ZZZ begins on Sixth Street. Talk to Elis at General Chop's Noodle Shop during the morning or afternoon. After talking to the Sage in the Barrel and returning to Elis, he will give you your first coin.
Why is the HIA Coin not spawning?
When you set NPCs to promote Random Play by talking to Bangboo 18, their random events will not trigger. This includes the event where they give you the HIA coin. On Sixth Street, setting Sjal as your promoter may cause problems. If this happens to you, wait until the next server daily reset.

The coins do not spawn in order and a maximum of one spawns per timeframe.
NPCs who can give you an HIA Commemorative Coin will have a gray speech bubble on top of their head. Areas where you can pick up the coins will have a gold shimmer.
Clicking or tapping New Eridu Time at the top left of your screen while in Sixth Street or Brant Street will reveal if there are any HIA Commemorative Coins you can pick up.
Note that the coin can either be on Sixth Street or Brant Street Construction Site when you see this activity. You can also talk to the Sage in a Barrel then choose "Gather Info" for tips on the next coin.
Morning HIA Coins on Sixth Street
The first HIA coin is the one you get from Elis.
- Check the Fragrant Plant outside Coff Coffee. This is the only HIA Commemorative Coin you can pick up in the Morning on Sixth Street.
- Talk to Clara across Random Play, near the parking sign. After the dialogue, take a photo of her then talk to her again.
- Talk to Luo while he's talking to Phil. They are found in front of the Remodeling Shop. After the dialogue, go up the stairs behind Luo and check the Empty Crate.
- Talk to Mrs. Yani across Random Play, near the parking sign. After the dialogue, go to the Give Change Bangboo in front of the Convenience Store. Then, go back to Mrs. Yani to claim your third Sixth Street HIA Commemorative Coin.
- Talk to Sjal near General Chop's Noodle Shop.

- Talk to Jonah outside Godfinger Arcade.
- Talk to Roy outside 141 Convenience Store. When prompted, fork over the 300 Dennies for the HIA Coin.
Midnight HIA Coins on Sixth Street
- Check the Skateboard Bench next to the Gadget Store.
- Talk to Gerant near the Remodeling Store. Talk to Sita behind the Newsstand. Afterwards, talk to Gerant again.
