About Seth Lowell

Seth Lowell is an A-rank Electric Defense unit. His faction is Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, like Zhu Yuan and Qingyi.

As a Defense Agent, Seth can provide shields to the party.

To raise Seth in ZZZ to his maximum Ascension, you need the following materials:

Primarily, the Certification Seals are acquirable through the Combat Simulation in the HIA. On Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays, the Fruit Foam Latte (Mild) coffee in Coff Cafe provides bonuses for Defense-class Certification Seals.

You also need some player EXP materials, which you can get through the HIA Combat Simulation or through various sources like limited-time events.

To max out all of Seth Lowell's skills, here are all of the materials you will need to farm.

You can farm the Tactical Chips in Combat Simulation in the HIA. On Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the Pepper Latte in Coff Cafe provides a bonus for Physical Tactical Chips.

Hamster Cage Passes are rare and are acquired by purchasing the Battle Pass or completing in-game events.

Unfortunately, you cannot begin pre-farming for Seth Lowell's Boss Materials and Weekly Boss Materials as of ZZZ version 1.0. After the update, the Boss Materials for Seth will be farmable under "Expert Challenge" in the HIA. Meanwhile, the Weekly Boss Materials are farmed in the "Notorious Hunt" node in Scott Outpost.
