RRQ crushes BLG to keep Playoffs dream alive at VALORANT Champions 2025

A final chance for BLG and RRQ at VALORANT Champions 2025, but only one will keep their Playoff hopes alive.

Bilibili Gaming (BLG) and Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ) face off in a last-chance battle at Champions 2025. A win won’t guarantee a Playoff spot just yet, as the victor will still have to overcome MIBR to claim the final ticket out of Group B.

After a tough loss to MIBR, BLG still has a chance to bounce back against RRQ, an opponent they’ve never faced before. Meanwhile, RRQ fell once again to FNATIC, but this time, they’ll be determined to deliver a stronger performance than in their previous outing. Which team will come out on top?

BLG vs RRQ at Champions 2025: Match recaps

Be sure to check back here for all the match highlights as the action unfolds.

Map 1

On the opening map, RRQ lacked the confidence we’re used to seeing from them. Despite dropping the pistol round, they managed to string together a few rounds in the first half. However, the momentum completely shifted after the break, as BLG stormed through six straight rounds. Led by a rock-solid defense and an outstanding 26-kill performance from Levius, BLG asserted its dominance to close out the map.

Map 2

After a mental reset, RRQ came out stronger in the second map. Despite a solid start with a slightly different composition, they faced a formidable opponent. BLG made things difficult in the second half, winning three rounds in a row and closing the gap on RRQ’s lead. However, RRQ Monyet ensured the team kept fighting until the very end, taking advantage of BLG’s overconfidence and mistakes to turn the game in their favor.

Map 3

In the final map, Jemkin showed they weren’t going home without a fight. RRQ delivered an incredible performance on Abyss, excelling on both attack and defense. BLG couldn’t even secure a single round in the second half. If there were any doubts about RRQ’s firepower outside the Pacific region, this map proved they are far stronger than they showed at the beginning of the tournament. Bilibili Gaming was eliminated from the competition.
