To collect all Dojo Belts in Blox Fruits, you need to talk to the Dojo Trainer inside the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island, Third Sea. Before talking to the Dojo Trainer, make sure that you have already learned Dragon Talon and reached 500 mastery for that fighting style.

The Dojo Trainer will welcome you for being a “young dragon” and tell you he has a lot of things to teach. These teachings will involve a series of quests, and for each one you complete, you’ll get a Dojo Belt as a reward.
