The kind of mutation that no one can steal.
Curious about the value multiplier from the Brainrot Mutation in Grow a Garden? Discover how powerful this mutation really is and learn how you can still obtain it even after the Admin Abuse War.
If you’re online during the epic battle between Jandel and Sammy, your garden should now be filled with confetti effects as your crops are imbued with the Brainrot Mutation.
For those who don’t know yet, Sammy is the creator behind Steal a Brainrot, one of the three biggest games on Roblox right now, together with Grow a Garden and 99 Nights in the Forest. Hence, his arrival as an antagonistic guest admin in GaG came with a new mutation named after his own game.
Brainrot’s Mutation multiplier in Grow a Garden

The Brainrot Mutation in Grow a Garden has a value multiplier of 100, which is just the same as Maelstrom, Shocked, and Paradisal.
Considering how much it can raise the value of an affected crop, it’s definitely a great addition to existing mutation stacks of your massive Bone Blossoms, Amberhearts, Burning Buds, or Sunflowers.

How to get the Brainrot Mutation after the Admin Abuse War

What we are about to share is quite surprising, since most valuable mutations in the game are often locked behind extremely rare pets or hard-to-obtain mutation stacks. Apparently, this won’t be the case with the Brainrot Mutation.
You can only get the Brainrot Mutation in two ways:
- Staying online during the Admin Abuse War event, particularly while the Brainrot Portal weather system is active.
- Equipping the Lemon Lion pet.
Since the Brainrot Portal is an admin event that we’ll likely never see again, the only feasible method to get the Brainrot Mutation right now is the Lemon Lion pet.
The Lemon Lion in Grow a Garden
The Lemon Lion is a mythical pet that is unobtainable by normal means. Instead of hatching from an egg or being one of the rewards from a chest, this pet is only available for players who played in the Admin Abuse War.

So, if you witnessed the battle between Jandel and Sammy, you should have the Lemon Lion already in your pet inventory.
Once active, your Lemon Lion will apply the Brainrot Mutation to one of your crops every five minutes. Additionally, every 10 minutes, it grants at least 1.5k bonus experience to one of your pets.
With the Lemon Lion’s guaranteed mutating and experience-gaining abilities, it is arguably the best free pet that Jandel ever gave out during an event.
If you have it, we recommend keeping it instead of trading it with someone, especially if you’re into mutation stacking and extending your pet slots.
