Tour Points increase your rank, and unlock rewards. There are a couple of different ways to earn Tour Points across the week. At the moment, you are capped at earning 200 Tour Points per day. However, this will be changed across the Unova Tour: Global event. This takes place Mar. 1-2 from 10am until 6pm.
The first way to earn Pokémon GO Tour Points is to complete Pass Tasks. These are daily missions that award you progress towards your Tour Pass. These will award you 50 Tour Points.

Trainers can then earn an additional 150 Tour Points by completing certain activities within the game. These are:
- Catch a Legendary Pokémon - 50 Points
- Hatch an Egg - 10 Points
- Catch a Pokémon - 5 Point
For the Unova Tour Global, the Pass Tasks will refresh hourly instead of weekly. That will be your primary way to earn Tour Points in Pokémon GO and let you access the exciting Unova Tour Pass Rewards, which includes a Lucky Trinket and an encounter with Victini.
