Pokémon Legends: Z-A is here, and the game has brought Alpha Pokémon with it. Here is how you can find and catch them.
One of Pokémon's newest additions to the ever-expanding universe is Alpha Pokémon. These unique types of Pokémon are much stronger than normal Pokémon, but harder to catch. Here is how to find Alpha Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
Alpha Pokémon: Where to find them in Pokémon Legends: Z-A
Pokémon Legends: Z-A is officially here, and many players are flocking to the game to catch Alpha Pokémon. These powerful new types of Pokémon can take out opponents quickly and are great to have on your team. They are categorized by their larger size and red eyes, making them much more ferocious.
So, where do you find Alpha Pokémon? Well, it is quite simple. Alpha Pokémon can be found in Wild Zones, which are areas scattered around Lumiose City that you will do the majority of your Pokémon catching in.

However, they can sometimes (rarely) be found in hidden areas, like on top of buildings or in alleyways, so always be prepared when venturing into random areas.
So, what are the benefits of having an Alpha Pokémon on your team?
Why you should be catching Alpha Pokémon, especially earlier on in the game
Alpha Pokémon give your team a huge boost in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, especially when caught earlier on in the game. Having that powerful advantage will make it easier for you and your team to prosper in battles and will help you gain quick experience.
However, Alpha Pokémon are not easy to catch, meaning they will be very difficult to acquire, especially earlier on in the game. Prepare yourself to lose quite a few battles against wild Alpha Pokémon before actually catching one.

Once in your team, though, you will be unstoppable against trainers and other wild Pokémon.
Alpha Pokémon are the newest addition to the Pokémon universe, making them incredibly sought after by Pokémon enthusiasts.
