Get your hands on Snom in Pokémon GO.
The adorable, and much loved Snom is debuting into Pokémon GO this week as part of the Cozy Companions event. It is also joined by its less adorable, but still lovable evolution, Frosmoth.
However, these Pokémon will not be spawning in the wild in Pokémon GO. To get these Pokémon, you're going to have to get walking. Here is how to get your hands on Snom and Frosmoth in Pokémon GO.
How can you get Snom in Pokémon GO?
Snom will be appearing in the 7km Egg pool in Pokémon GO during the Cozy Companions event. Thankfully, it is the lowest rarity and the amount of Pokémon also in 7km Eggs has been reduced. During the event it will be joined in Eggs by:
- Pancham
- Charcadet
- Galarian Farfetch'd
Pancham and Charcadet are pretty desirable Pokémon so that helps soften the blow of having to grind 7km Eggs during this event. Besides Snom, the other three Pokémon can all be shiny. It's likely that we will see Snom in other Eggs down the line, so don't worry too much if you can't get too many hatched.
You may be able to combine this with the Munchlax Hatch Day bonuses, that reduces Egg Hatch Distance. Stack up your 7km Eggs during that event.

How do you get 7km Eggs in Pokémon GO?
Unlike 2km, 5km and 10km Eggs in Pokémon GO, you can't get 7km Eggs by spinning PokéStops and Gym Photo Discs. You instead get 7km Eggs from opening Gifts, or by exchanging with Mateo. Note that Mateo's gifts won't contain Snom.
That means you need to open gifts when you have space in your Egg storage. 7km Eggs cannot go into your three bonus storage slots, so bear that in mind too. There is a limit on how many gifts you can open per day, so be tactical with when you open them if you are trying to maximise your 7km Eggs. However, not coming from Eggs means you can still get Snom during the Munchlax Hatch Day event too.
