Are you getting sick of how your default character looks in Pokémon Legends: Z-A? Consider spicing up your look by learning to change your clothes and outfit!

As a hub for the latest fashion trends in Kalos, Lumiose City offers various places for Trainers to express themselves, especially through clothing. Many of the city’s residents put a premium on how they look, so tourists like the player character can do the same as well.

How to change clothes and outfit in Pokémon Legends: Z-A

To change your clothes in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, open the game’s main menu and press the - button to open the outfit menu.

Here, you can customize your character’s entire look, from tops, bottoms, and headwear to accessories like satchels and earrings. You can even find full outfits that change both the top and bottom at once.

As long as you own several types of clothing and accessories, you can always change your look anytime you want.

Press A to equip the clothing and accessories that you want, and press the + button to apply the changes. You can also see how your character looks from every angle by moving your controller’s right stick.

Where to get clothes and accessories in Legends Z-A

To expand your wardrobe, visit the various boutiques and stores scattered throughout Lumiose City to purchase new clothes and accessories.

Location: In the same building as the Rouge Pokémon Center, north of Wild Zone 4.

Buying Clothes at Boutique Couture in Pokémon Legends: Z-A

Keep in mind that of all these boutiques, Boutique Couture is the only shop that you won’t be able to access until you reach Rank C in the Z-A Royale. All clothing and accessories in Pokémon Legends: Z-A aren’t gender locked, so you can basically wear anything you want.
